Document Upload Notice

AideBoard does not accept file uploads

There is no way to upload files anywhere on AideBoard — no resumes, no certificates, no ID documents, no photos, no attachments of any kind. Please do not email documents to us either; if you do, we will delete them and tell you so.

Describe your experience and qualifications in your profile fields instead. Agencies that need to review documents (certificates, references, work eligibility) handle that directly with applicants, outside AideBoard, as part of their own hiring process.

If AideBoard ever adds document features, they will launch only with attorney-approved terms, a dedicated notice replacing this one, encrypted restricted storage, caregiver-controlled sharing, and audit logging — and never for patient records, SSNs, immigration documents, or background-check reports.
