Delete your AideBoard account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, on the website or in the app. Deletion cannot be undone, so download a copy of your data first if you want one.

On the website

  1. Sign in, then select your name at the top of the page to open Your account. On a small screen, open Menu first.
  2. Optional: under Download your data, choose Download my data (JSON).
  3. Under Delete your account, type DELETE and choose Permanently delete my account.

In the AideBoard app

  1. Open the Account tab.
  2. Under Privacy & account, you can export a copy of your data first.
  3. Type DELETE, choose Delete account, and confirm.

Deleting signs you out on every device.

If you cannot sign in

Reset your password first. If that does not work, email privacy@aideboard.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We act on privacy requests within 30 days.

Agency owners

If you are the only owner of an agency on AideBoard, deleting your account pauses the agency's jobs, suspends the agency, and ends any contact sharing caregivers had granted it (they are told). Add another owner first if the agency should keep using AideBoard.
